Return Policy – Voltera Sports

At Voltera Sports, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If a product does not meet expectations, the following return conditions apply.
1. Right of return
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.
2. Mandatory conditions
To be accepted, the product must:
- be new and unused
- show no signs of use, impacts, or scratches
- be in the original packaging, complete
- include all accessories, labels, and documentation received
Voltera Sports reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Products excluded from return
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized products
- products ordered at the customer’s specific request
- sealed balls or accessories that have been opened
- clothing items that have been worn or washed
4. Return procedure
Before returning a product, the customer must contact the Voltera Sports team:

Returns sent without prior notice may be refused.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
6. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
7. Defective products or incorrect deliveries
If the received product is defective or different from what was ordered, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
In this case, Voltera Sports will cover the shipping costs and offer a replacement or a refund.
